An insulated box of 100% plant-based meal kits (bagged ingredients + foldout cards) and/or microwave prepared meals, plus snacks/market. Plans: cook-from-kit for 2 or 4 people, 3 or 4 meals; ready-to-eat 1–10/week. Mix-and-match. Produce is not guaranteed organic. Shared facility with wheat; GF meals not celiac-certified (WIRED 2026). A household that wants vegan as the whole brand — kits, premade, market — and will cook the foldout cards or heat the trays.
Anyone who wanted meat in the box. Anyone who needed celiac-certified packing. Anyone who will miss Tuesday 11:59pm ET the week before shipment. AK/HI. Anyone for whom organic-every-bag is the job (Green Chef / Sunbasket). Ingredient swaps happen (Bon Appétit gripe).
Start if vegan-as-standard is why you would subscribe, and you will cook. WIRED 2026 notes a $65 weekly minimum. Skip if a vegetarian filter on another kit is enough, or if unused bags from a meat kit are already stacking — pause that one; do not add this on top unless the job changed.
