Under 21. Addresses in AR, DE, MS, ND, SD, UT (official continental exclusions). Anyone who wanted a monthly $99 two-bottle club — that MSA copy is leftover. Anyone who needed a weekly meal kit or a snack club. Opened alcohol is generally non-returnable.
Start if those quarterly bottle counts match how you drink, and shipping on top of $298 / $425 / $849 is already in the budget. NW Wine Report described a ~$60–80/bottle class. Skip if grocery sparkling was the job, or if you only wanted one celebratory bottle.
