An insulated weekly box of fresh, pre-portioned ingredients bagged by recipe, plus printed step-by-step cards; proteins packed separately and kept cold with gel/ice packs. Classic cook-from-scratch plus Express, Oven-Ready, Grill-Ready, Culinary Collection, Fast & Fresh, lunches, and add-ons. Customize It swaps or doubles proteins on many recipes. Plans: Home Chef Plan (2–6 servings) and Family Plan (4-serving family meals). Kroger-owned. In-store Heat & Eat / oven kits are a separate retail channel.

AK / HI (and typically not PR). No PO boxes / campgrounds. Anyone who needed organic-as-standard (that is Green Chef / Sunbasket). Anyone who wanted never-frozen RTE as the default (Factor / CookUnity). Anyone treating first-box promo math as the ongoing price.
Start or keep if flexibility (protein swaps + oven-ready) is why you would leave a conventional HelloFresh-style kit, and you will cook. Taste of Home tester: meals $7.99–$11.99 per serving, box at least $48, not cheaper than their groceries. Sodium on some kits is high.
