Bokksu Classic

What arrives

Bokksu Classic — the Japan-shipped snack club, not Bokksu Market grocery from the NJ warehouse. Typical box: 20–24 Japan-sourced sweets and savories (mochi, senbei, cakes, cookies, chips, candy) plus a paired tea and a 16–24 page Culture Guide (origins, flavor notes, vegetarian flags, common allergens). First box is Seasons of Japan (20–22 snacks, tea, 24-page guide). No SKU customization.

Who it’s for

Who should skip

Someone who wants a monthly Japan artisan mix with a tea pairing and a guide they will actually read — not a konbini-pop candy dump, not a U.S.-warehouse country snack.

Severe allergies or picky eaters (no allergen customization; Culture Guide lists common allergens only). Anyone who needed the box this week (Japan origin; typical 1–2 weeks after ship; no date guarantee). Anyone who wanted TokyoTreat’s limited-edition KitKat/Pocky mix, or Sakuraco’s tableware + wagashi/tea ritual. Anyone who thought they were ordering Bokksu Market grocery.

Start if Japan-from-Japan snacks plus tea and a guide are the job, and you will eat most of a 20-item box. MSA (updated May 20, 2026) list: Monthly $49.95 / 3-mo $44.95 / 6-mo $42.95 / 12-mo $39.95 per box (Japanese-Snacks-Lab Jan 2026 table is a dollar off in places). Help Center US ship $13.99 + $3.00 prepaid import duty per box after Aug 29, 2025 de minimis end — treat MSA “Free Shipping: Yes!” as stale. Skip if you only liked half a box last time and will not gift the rest.
